O.K. I just had my first drop. el capitan/reaper 64 and it happened when I loaded up the sequencer for the first time.

OHHHHHH, you double click the little X's and they return to 0 state FYI for anybody slow like me. :)

I think I did something "unconventional" with it. Like made a connection that maybe I wasn't supposed to and it beach balled on me. Restarted fine with no issues.

But don't click on the output connector dots, that crashes the plugin if you don't drag a wire.

(I can't comment on Reaper, it never was a host I was able to enjoy working with).
Double-clicking the triangle on the connector wire will delete the wire (unless there is a bug somewhere). FWIW its stated in the online manual.
Manuals ... pffft. :ud: thanks for that.
 I totally missed the manual. I looked in the Tangle folders but somehow it did not occur to me to check the website for it. Thanks!

For anybody else who missed it:

any chance of MPE support (voice per midi channel) ?

minimal support would require, voice to be allocated per midi channel , and capable of receiving pitchbend (+/- 48 semi) , channel pressure, and CC 74 (for timbre).

I'm out for now guys. I'm off to my kids dance recital. I was just getting into it too.

Just loaded the demo :o the sound is as good, as any thing out there! The factory presets, probably only scratch the surface, of its sound! Only issue so far(I've spent about 10 min. with it)is the preset: Overheated Element, which raises the CPU (FLS 12- WIN 8.1 X64 CORE I5. CPU @ 2.50 GHz 4GIG Ram Laptop) to around 99% over about 5-8 secs of play a three single sequence.

A user has reported that worked (at least for the 64 bit version). I thought I didn't have to bundle that, but it seems I am wrong. I will update the installer when the hotfix is ready.
As I was said user, just to clarify and not trying to step on toes: This worked for FL12 64 bit. It didn't do anything to help recognizing issues for Bitwig or Studio One, but I'm happy to at least have something working.

In Bitwig (and in StudioOne) there is a blacklist for plugins that crashed before:

In Bitwig you go to Preferences -> Plug-in management -> Scroll down and click on "Show errors found with plugins" and in the panel shown then you can either look for Tangle and hit the "Rescan" button behind it or "Rescan All" to check all failed plugins again (which makes sense every now and then to do to see if something is fixed that was broken).

In Studio One there is a similar thing, when starting it should show plugins not scanned since they crashed before. Go to Studio One -> Options -> Locations -> VST Plugins and click "Reset Blacklist". That will scan all problematic plugins again and if the Runtimes fixed the problem you should then see the plugin.

Tom

Tiny feat wish. Duplicate modules (with their settings) or then copy paste for the settings. My too big pile of oscillators are bit too time consuming to get in to the same settings :P

Does it come in effect version as well? I love feeding audio into fm setups.

You should try KarmaFX Modular. Freaking kick ass synth (and modular FX if you want). Different though so worth to grab both Karma AND Tangle ^^

Random crashes here in bitwig and Cubase 8. Both 32 bit and 64 bit flavors. Always when making a conection, but seemingly random other than that. Is there a component I need to download. I saw reference to something needed for the windows version. I havent had time to make a sound yet before the crash, but I like the way it looks.

So. It's pretty much a definite crash if I run feedback. Then a random crash with no feedback with no rhyme or reason I can figure. Also the filters make a bizarre buzzing noise when modulated down very low. I'm guessing from doing the math on mod signals that this sound happens when the mod signal tells the filter to have a negative cutoff value. If I could rely on it not to randomly crash my two main hosts then it would be bought already. I'll be on the lookout for updates and info about possible system components I might be missing.
Don't F**K with Mr. Zero.

I've played with that one quite a bit. This one is just so ridiculously cheap that I cant help it. I also really love the way this guy does his GUIs.
