Yeah, got it too
So there are about 100 extra patches from the get go in BazilleCM than BeatZille
And the extra CM patches are held in a sub-folder in the patch bay called Computer Music, made by Alex Blanco, Cyclick, Groove Criminals, Joe Rossitter and Scot Solida

my site is very legit! Not to mention I had a genuine relationship with U-he and many other software companies. My free download are FREE DOWNLOADS! Many other music blog sites do exactly the same thing without a problem! Give or take that CM will always have an advantage over my site in general. I have a specific audience that I cater too. I DON'T SEE YOU GUYS ATTACKING SPLICE!Numanoid wrote:I don't think that is a "legit" siteEdSevered wrote:Just wanted to share, I stumbled across another place to get Beatzille:
I had to subscribe to their email list to get a download link. I scanned the downloaded file with Sophos anti-virus and found no issues, but I haven't installed it yet. I am a little nervous, I've never heard of Trap Camp Entertainment, though they seem legit. But there isn't much information about them on the Internet to soothe my probably unfounded paranoia. If you use this download, please share your experience.
They also offer Camel Crusher for download, which I don't think can be redistributed in such a manner after Camel Audio shut down.
John or whoever at u-he contacted me on some savage beast crap and asked me to take it down or else.
That was very disrespectful how he treated me like a common thief as if I never bought any of their products. Mind you, that I bought everything except Zebra, Ace, and Satin from that company.
I understand that it was magware but I didn't know it didn't count as freeware (or whatever).
Not surprised, U-he's isn't known for their friend vibes however that alot has discouraged me to ever spend money with them again in the near future..
If they really wanted to come at someone who's actually damaging their business, they should spend more time trying to stop the real pirates that continue bootleg their products on social media and warez sites! Heck, in my review for Hive (which a crap ton of people watched on Youtube) you can see the real issue in my comment section..
AGAIN, I will never ever spend a dime on another product from U-He or waste my time talking about it on my channel! I'll save my bandwidth

Err... magware ISN'T freeware... you don't really believe they would advertise with the content they have on their DVD, and make an agreement with the developers, just to be ok with people distributing it freely on their website, do you? A magware is a selling point for their mag.djavemcree wrote: I understand that it was magware but I didn't know it didn't count as freeware (or whatever).

There is also a folder of presets in the BeatZille version not in the CM version

I can't recall reading a EULA freeware, payware, magware, where it isn't stated that third party distribution of the software is prohibited.djavemcree wrote:I understand that it was magware but I didn't know it didn't count as freeware (or whatever).
So that is just the way it is, software devs want to be in command of distribution of their own software.

tbh, Beatzille is hosted on Zampler website and can be downloaded by the same link that you first downloaded... if you saved the link...

yes!chk071 wrote:Zampler website is run by Beat magazine. And they've always been sloppy with stuff like that. You could also get Z3TA without buying the mag, IIRC.
Just saying that they don't have the best control upon who downloads it, it's just on a folder not indexed by google on their website, without login or anything.
