I'm having issues that I'll need to bring up to Softube when using Reaper on an AMD on Win10. They're horrible. They're considerably better in the demo of Cubase 8.5 Pro, but still present on most add-on presets, but particularly bad on polyphonic settings.

Well, I have fallen deep down the rabbit hole with this thing. Will probably end up polluting most of my Soundcloud with this stuff.

I can't even download the demo. :/

Anyone want to zip up the installer for Windows 64 demo and put it up on a share site for me? My ISP is blocking the download and Softube seems to have their customer service busy dealing with other bugs.

Zero, I'll see if I can upload it to my dropbox account.

** EDIT ** It's 738 meg. I don't think a free drop box account will let me upload a file that big and my own hosting has a 500 meg upload limit. And zipped it's still 738 meg.

Tried it with Ableton 9 and Windows 10 it wont open I know all the tricks for gettign things to work, No way am I running Live in Windows 8 mode so I gave up. No help required that tells me enough.

Live doesnt even see it on my system.

No problems in other hosts E.g. Bitwig

I use Komplete Kontrol to save my Modular Presets and Templates. Works great with assigning knobs.

And I agree, Modular is addictive.

And like a really bad crack addict, I can't wait for additional modules to come out. That's where all my money is going...down the rabbit hole with me.

Why are you so opposed to running Live in Windows 8 Compat mode?

This is so far the only synth I have ever used which crashes Cubase when you change patches. Perhaps it is a nefarious plan to force me to build them from scratch

I own just about all of Softube's dynamics plugs (and love them), however this has been a nightmare from start to finish. Downloading that huge multi installer took about 20 tries (it would look like the download completed, but would be a random size file and then not open) despite having no connection issues with the internet. Finally when I got in, I saw probably the most gorgeous GUI going around (like Heartbeat, which is also very pleasing on the eye), so it's torture I can't get it to play nice
