USAMO with Echo MIAMIDI

Just a report that USAMO works out of the box with an Echo MIAMIDI. You'll need to adjust the trim a bit but otherwise works fine. I tried it with three DAWS: Reaper, Sonar X3, Samplitude X2. All work fine.
