Continue Oughta kept braking things and I sent various emails. I noticed at Heavyocity there's a request manual download links feature. So after I registered it, I was able to request them. Ryan at heavyocity said it was the best way for me. Continuata lists the companies that use it on their site. From now on, if one's on the list, I will contact them before I buy to make sure I can get manual downloads.

Continuata has never worked properly for me on pc.
Never.
It refuses to download anything. The gui is totally unresponsive, after I enter the serials.
They told me it was a virus on my system, so when I did a complete clean reinstall, it was the first thing I put on (after I bought Bitdefender and put that on)... Sane deal again. Their support were no help whatsoever, and now I DL everything to my mac book pro samples HD, and transfer the files over to my pc...
My pc works flawlessly except for this.
Do not like this method one bit, although if it worked properly I wouldn't mind it... And I can understand how comps need to protect their stuff.
