Yeah, Diva's Moog modules are quite nice, especially for "beefy" sounds, if that makes any sense.

The only competitor is Diva. I have both and prefer Diva for sanity and less screaming ovedrive.

I think something better is coming
From NI?
Nope
If Monark sounds like a real thing what can be more better about the sound? This is a real thing made to virtual world :-) this fact alone just nulls out any possibility of being "better" :-)

And if you mean better bg aditional Modules there is no need for that because that for we have Diva. Wich is not better rather different :)

In wich way it doesnt? Ofc it does because Minimoog model D doesnt nail itself. Minimoog can sound different from even same moog :) i dont think even Moog themself would "nail" it :)

The most important that the core sound is there. It sounds like Moog does. To me thats the ultimate emulation and there wount be anything more real :)

Let's ask Trent Resnor does it nail it or not.

I was just testing and doing patches for a new great sounding Minimoog emulation (at least as good as Monark...) that also has a few advanced features including e.g. polyphony and others. I could not tell any details about this at the moment (so please do not a ask for mor details now...) but the release should not take very long from now on.

FWIW i also got Monark and Diva here and also Arturia Mini V3 (in the V-Collection 5). I had owned a real Minimoog Model D around 2004/2005 and always regretted having sold it (bought and sold for around 2000 €, was fully serviced before i bought it). With great emulations like that new one and also Monark i feel a bit better now... :)

Yesterday i also noticed that the re-issue of the Minimoog Model D seems to be officially available soon (at least they started the official production and there is a price now). Here is the link at the official website:

$3,745!!! I think the minilouge would keep going strong then :hihi:

Actually I'm saving some money for the Korg edition from now (or the ms-20 I haven't decided yet). Both has a very reasonable price.

By the way, Richard (the developer of Dune 2) has mentioned an analog soft synth is coming next (something in this meaning) in another thread. Could it be that you are talking about Ingo?
Using: Cubase Pro 15, Reason 13, Tascam US-4x4HR, MODX6, DM12D, LaunchKey 49, Yamaha guitar(Pacifica 612v) and bass (BB234) and some virtual instruments and synths.

No furher comments on that new synth until it is officially allowed to tell more...

Kids do you like Ingonator? Yeah!
Promise him never buy anything from Arturia crapmulations? Yeah!
And remember kids that's why Arturia sending Ingonator everywhere to promote their badly sounding crapmulations. But you're smart kids and would just ignore him until he stop doing it.

I really have no clue what you are talking about. So far I am a normal customer at Arturia since a quite long time and yes i like most of their plugins. Recently here at KVR i was mostly talking about Synclavier V, like many others did too.

Talking about companies i am closely related to in terms of doing beta testing and sound design those are e.g. Waldorf and Tone2 and i never denied that. Same is somehow also true for Xils Lab (while i was less onvolved there than with those otehr 2) and again i never denied that.

So far i am not closely related to Arturia in any way, i do not even have my own commercial soundbank for one of their products at the moment (which could maybe change sometimes in the future...). FWIW so far i did not get a single free NFR copy of one of their plugins (and also no payments) from them. Anyway i plan to maybe apply as a tester for them in the future.

Some people here seem to have a really strange opinion about my person (and/or people that earn some money with testing and/or sound design in general) while they actually do know close to nothing about me...

But I know and that's exactly what I've noticed: in any thread that even remotely relevant to that collection you're appearing and mentioning it.

Three questions:
- Why should i not post about those plugins here?
- Why do you even care if i do it?
- Why are you interested in comments of others about Arturia plugins if you seem to hate them?

I couldn't trick you to tell what synth! Next time maybe :P

Interesting, but in case he is acually doing a research on analogue emulation, I would love him also making improvements to Dune2 on that basis, won't mind a paid upgrade.
You may think you can fly ... but you better not try
