Please pm me if you are interested in doing a demo for a set of Hive (U-he synth) patches. I'm not too concerned about the style, though of course it will be more or less electronic as Hive is basically a modern analogue synth.

Added : several short audio examples. Just Hive, a few notes, and a little modwheel.

Added : o.k., this last one hurt my head ha-ha. 1 instance of hive, played a few notes and rolled the modwheel up 2 or 3 times. that's it.

Do include a link to some of your music, just so I can get a feel for what your range/sound is in general. The length of the demo should be no longer than say 2 and a half minutes, and 2 mins is fine if that's what it ends up being. You would retain ownership/copyright of the musical piece, I would just be given the rights to use it to promote the patches.

I can offer the patch set of course, and I have several Zebra synth patch sets available if you would like any of those, or you can choose to be paid (in Paypal monies) instead.

If anyone has any questions, feel free to post them here or pm me, but please pm me privately about the demos. I hope to get a few replies, and choose 2 folks by this weekend or next Monday. Oh, and the deadline for the demo = please plan to have it completed by say August 15th, that gives nearly an entire month.

I'm still looking for Hive users interested in doing audio demos. I added a couple of quick mp3 sound examples (in the main post) just so that people can hear and maybe get a little idea about the sounds. They are all meant to be actually played, as opposed to say fx or soundscapes or arps. No arps, no fx, and no soundscapes. Other than that, I would say quite a few of them have some distortion, and they all utilize the modwheel to change the tone in various musically useful ways.

Hit me with a pm if you are interested in doing a short demo.

You have some nice examples there.

If I had Hive, I'd love to help you. I've made demos for Tone 2, PrecisionSound and others, and I love exploring presets and a synth's capabilities.

Hopefully, the Hive users will find their way back to KVR today and help you out!

Alright, I've officially got enough folks helping me out with these current Hive demos. Thanks to everyone who took a look and/or messaged me.

It looks like I need to go ahead and do a 'dance' styles patch set, so I'll gather up what I have that could fit in that category and get to working on some new ones as well. I hope to have the first of these current sets released by September 1st here, keep an eye out for it, there'll be an intro discount the first week, and I can almost guarantee you don't have these sounds yet, not all of them anyways.
