Well, week after week (month after month !) we are still waiting for those long promised demos !

I think that just a little riff for the main types of guitars, or a few patterns demonstrating the sound of the drums would be great : the simpler the better.
Are you trying to make a whole rock-opera with those instruments ? It may be a good idea, but if so, we'll hear something long after the release and shipping of, let's say.... GS3 ! Are you trying to beat Tascam at the "postpone game" ?
