I know there has to be a simple answer to this, but I somehow managed to resize the plugin to a big enough size that I can't reach the corner to resize it back. I've tried reloading the plugin, I've tried reinstalling the plugin and nothing has managed to reset the sizing.
I'm using Ableton Live 9.5 on windows 10 if that helps.
I'm really hoping someone has had this issue and fixed it. Or maybe I'm just overlooking something simple..
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

go to %appdata%\ToguAudioLine, you'll see a file TAL-U-No-LX.xml, right click it and choose edit, find the entry for scale (will look something like <VALUE name="scale" val="1"/>) and change the val to something sane and save it (I'd try 1 as per the example for a start)
