HELP!! (Generate some sales..?)

Hey all,
I have been away from production and stuff for a bit having two kids. One 9 months and another on the way.
I am wondering if people have some advice how to make a bit of revenue on my already published stuff. I've got 8 albums that have almost 1,000,000 downloads through bit torrent. However, I only make like 3 cents a week on streams and no sales to speak of.
Before I was just earning enough at my day job to keep buying synths and speakers and things. It would be interesting to take the sales thing more seriously.
I don't play shows at the few local bars. I already tried selling CDs in various forms. I have a dot com and facebook, but none of these things have ever struck up iTunes sales or anything.

Help..?!?

Hello! I am a newbie around here. May be find some gigs or stuff, art and music festivals (it might also be a fun experience)? Even if you cant create any revenue from your published music people might actually prefer listening to it live. Also, may be you can try to get some publicity, there are actually few tools like soundcloud has which helps you learn more about your auience? This is all i can think of. Take care

Have you tried Bandcamp? I make around $1.50 per $1.99 sale ...

So far as generating sales goes, that's usually down to promotion and gigs. You need to be active online.

I simply don't have the time and equipment to play live by myself. No car or help...
So, I have my meager promotion ideas from time to time, but I don't really try to aim at generating $9.99 sales. I don't look at my fans as people ready to shell out $10 or $1 / a song. But, music should be fun and an enjoyable passtime. Maybe kick a penny in my direction or something in the process. It's been years where people suggest to me to play shows, push my albums harder. Meanwhile it has been concurred around here that few of us will succeed and make our rent money from it.
