Hi all,
when I say "nice", I mean "not epic". There are so many choir libraries out there, and I have listened to so many demos but I still cannot make up my mind.
All I am looking for is an expressive, well-balanced, full range polyphonic library which can be played live on a keyboard. No need for phrase builders and anything like that.
Any advice?

A little cheesy for me.
But I would rather have a Kontakt library and not have to install another player. This is the drawback of east-west.

Requiem Light (http://soundiron.com/products/requiem-l ... er-edition) is not too expensive. Olympus Micro (http://soundiron.com/products/olympus-micro-choir) is very affordable. But both Sound Iron and 8dio (http://8dio.com/instrument-category/choirs/) have quite a few choir options. Check them out, and also search through the threads on http://vi-control.net/community/forums/sample-talk.32/. And don't forget that these companies regularly have sales. 8dio had a 40% discount recently; perhaps it's still on.

I have been using Requiem Lite by soundiron. It's not great by it's self when using it for legato stuff, but it sound pretty great when it's layered with something else. Also, the marcato phrase builder stuff in requiem lite is excellent. If you can afford Olympus Elements, i would go with that one. Also, if you want something a bit more niche, bigfish audio has some great choir libraries from eduardo Tarilonte. Mystica is an all female choir which sounds amazing while Cantus is a gregorian monk enemble. They both sound really good

Hi. Olympus Elements is actually very good. It has all I need and sounds excellent. I will never need a choir to say "Dominus" or anything like that, all I really needed was a super Melotron, and that is exactly what I got.

They say it's a special order - whatever that means. But if you have Omnisphere, I think there is a large portion of the samples in there. Not all of them - but a big chunk.
