Z requested a logo and I've started to work on one.

The idea is simple: the sinus waves represent oscillation, sound waves and the letters OSC. The colors are chosen to match the OSC contest page, but I think it might look alot better in other colors. What do you think so far?

I don't know where it will be used. But maybe a good logo should fit anywhere.
Here's some sort of context atleast. Not a very synthy background, just wanted to get the colors and the morning feeling when you work on a track all night

Yes, these are actually starting to look pretty cool. I wonder if there would be a way to get rid of the connecting edge/sharpness at the ends, maybe make the sine more rounded? Also, what are you using to render these - Photoshop?

Illustrations, It's vector based, just exported jpegs to demo. What format do you want the final logo to be in?

Yeah I guess anything can be done. I kept the hard edges for it to be more of mirrored sine-waves. I'll try rounding them of there and see how it looks.

EDIT: I like the yellow one the most - it has the best contrast in dark backgrounds, and looks tasty

Agree about the yellow one being my favorite, too. Yellow roxx0rz

Would love to see a more rounded version of it, and ideally with the S in the middle somehow twisted a bit to be more like an S? Would. Be. Amazing.

I like it already, but I concur sir, that this is a worthy idea to explore.
