Unfortunately you cant pay with paypal for the online version.

Actually, you can pay with Paypal now on Google Newsstand. You will need a Google account though, so it can use the Google Wallet thing, i think. Or just buy a gift card (can get those in any super market), load up your credit, and pay with that.

So Warmverb this issue, and then PSP CM delay next

Who would be needing a cut down delay when they got one of the better reverbs/delays with this issue :?

Thanks for replies...my main grief, was the fact, I will not pay over 6 quid for the mag, without a disk. .mag saved heaps of money by setting up vault .no cost of disks.. but to download from vault....me tethering...would use up two months data allowance, just for one issue. Add cost of magazine...phew...stuff that. .So they lost my custom...at least with disks, I can access what I want, even old stuff...

I was actually going to respond that the only reason to complain would be to do with some really crappy internet deal, and so it is. I guess it just got to the point where they assumed most people had the bandwidth to cover it

Did you ever think to contact them? I wonder if they would consider working out some kind of deal to send out dvd's for on-digital customers who might be having the same issue

No need, as they have clearly realised that (many) people buy the mag for the cover disc. Sales must have nose-dived otherwise they wouldn't have re-introduced it.

I'm not really a fan of the zinio version. Is the play store version any better?
Even if the piano player can't play, keep the party going.

Hi all,

Just to clarify, the CM dual-layer cover DVD has been back since issue 230 – and it's here to stay.

Thanks,

I bought a mag just when the cover dvd was dropped.. felt very dissapointed by this ... still have not been able to dl the stuff from the vault because of limited internet.. is there a way to import that editions cover disk to South Africa?

Every issue has the latest plugins and content available for separate download. There is no need to DL the archive unless you're skipping issues and want previous missed content. They have heaps of great sample and loop content, but I rarely bother to DL that stuff since I already have too much content from other sources that I'm digitally hording. Yes... I'm guilty of digital hording! :help:

It's pretty much it. The DVD has still value in places where the internet is costly and limited. It's the case where I live (in Canada), even though now I have a 450 GB monthly limit, which pretty much covers the needs of me and the other people who live with me. However, it's expensive, especially compared to other countries. As Canadians we pay twice has much for internet connection/bandwidth than the rest of the world.

I can't understand how you can read magazines, not to mention books from a screen. :scared:
