Android MIDI App - Anything Like This Exist?

I am looking for an Android app that can display text or graphics from a file onto the screen depending on the MIDI Program Change Message received. I'm more of a system integrator than a programmer these days and would rather use an existing app for my purpose so I thought I'd see if anyone knows of an Android app that I could use.

If nothing exists I may have to break down and try to build something myself...
