It got updated alongside LuSH-101 last year

So I thought I would ask about it, instead of installing the demo

I've just had a look and there is no GUI tab in the options unfortunately

Post

Thanks for checking :tu:

Dunno what screen you are using, but I guess it would appear rather small on a 24" ?

Post

The text is a little small but it is sharp, I have a 27" and a 24" and trying it on the 24 it's still readable. It would be very nice to get a larger version but to be honest it doesn't really get in the way for me when I use it.

I have a very very old version of this plug in. Has it changed since 10 years ago? I probably have the first version ? Has the sound quality improved at all or same code etc.

Thanks

Post

It's on release 1.9.5 now. I think it was 1.6.x about 10 years ago.

Post

Thanks I am not really concerned about the GUI changes but if sound quality has improved then of course this is of interest. I will investigate.

The d16 x0x synth engines are close to a decade old but still decent.

Audiorealism ABL3 is the one you want. Best 303 emulation to date.

Thanks for the advice electro. I will stick with Phoscyon, new version being installed (had 1.5.7 installed). Just had good support and to me the sound is certainly close enough for my needs.

They were updated to x64 around 2012 so I think the engines are now much more up-to-date than at the time of introduction.
