File conversions between midi files and image files + audio files.

Audio to image conversion should always be on Photosounder image creation frequency resolution.
Image width is subject to the audio file time length and or image width as is used in the bmp file for example. The image height should always be 571 as in what photosounder correctly supports.
Heights that is higher than 571 pixels is for other programs which does audio to image conversion more like high quality spectrum analysis than filterbank conversion.

Image to audio conversion should sound more similar to that of the sinusoid additive resynthesis approach, rather than the bandpass filtered white noise method that photosounder uses.

In Image-Line Harmor:
Both audio to image conversion + image to audio conversion. Uses the wrong image frequency resolution.
It's pictures are incompatible with the photosounder wave file synthesizer.
And even image to midi file convertors, if there ever exists ones out there that properly resizes image of any size down into 127 pixels height or 128 pixels height. And at midi piano roll pitch note resolution.

And Image-Line Harmor is even incompatible with this too:
Image to midi conversion and then midi conversion back into a image file to be resynthesized.

Midi files always have the perfect frequency resolution because there can only be note-pitches between:
000 to 127.

Additive resynthesis is more compatible with images that has it's frequency resolution in Hz, rather than pitch resolution in semitones.

Midi files best creates image with a height of 127 or 128.

Edit audio files like a midi file:
First convert audio to image by using a collection of bandpass filters or a FFT spectrum analysis method.
Then convert image to midi.
Then edit that midi file in a DAW like (FL STUDIO).
And after that. Convert that midi file back into a image file.
And finally convert that image file back into audio by using a bank of hundreds of sinusoids.

If you build it, they will come....
We are the KVR collective. Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated. Image
My MusicCalc is served over https!!

Would be great if some of the features are in real time
and can be edited and performed on a mutli-touch screen.

Artificial Intelligence will do it in the future when humans are no longer needed to develop it.

and humans will no longer be needed to use it either... or maybe just not needed at all :hihi:

Artificial Intelligence could create new unique vst plugins everyday. Something that could take humans many years to complete them all.

The human mind is not even remotely explored. How would an A.I. on the same level be possible, even in thousands of years? And how complex would it have to be. And still it would only be programmed, not capable of anything unique.

Anyway, offtopic. But i always wonder how overestimated A.I. is in general. The capability of any A.I. existing now is beyond laughable compared to what the human mind is capable of.

This makes no sense, are you trying to say that the human mind is the only form of intelligence ?
Artificial intelligence is by its very nature (And funnily enough, by its very name) artificial intelligence, not artificial human mind.
Duh

This plugin can do all of that because it was designed by AI and not humans using what's called Intelligent Design which is how God created the world before Darwin started evolution which is responsible for all the software bugs.
