I'm fiddling a bit with LuSH-101 atm. Pretty impressed by the vowel filter. I tried a couple of those, but never used one equally realistic. Does anyone know a good vowel filter, as a standalone effect, in similar quality to the one in LuSH-101?

It's also the best one I've come across and haven't find anything quite similar or better yet.
Try linking the arp gate and tie to the vowel position via mod matrix and set the arp to manual and it gets way cooler!!

Robot morphing to Analog-Birds
+ some other robot voices.
Some preset-only sound @ 3:20.
(I made some presets with the vowel-filter and also like it alot.
The LFO2xEnv2 (Amp) and LFO2 modding the pitch made it very "throaty")

Dunno what happen' but Lush-101 seems to have become a lot more CPU friendly
Maybe that Win 10 anniversary update was a good thing after all ?

I am now happy owner of LuSH-101
I promised not to buy any more synths, but since got this copy for free, it's party time

Just a note: the advertised number of 1600+ presets is misleading. LuSH-101 has multi-layer preset system with separate presets for arpeggiator, delay and whatnot. The actual number of presets accessible from browser or VIP manager is 576.

I don't know about CPU friendly now! With latest Win10 64bit, I did a preset with one layer (but with unison, supersaw, ... etc) and it was about 40% (Recommended Power options) This is damn a lot for one layer similar preset in Retrologue 2 and Hive not more than 10%. Anyway, LuSH still has that lush voice that I can't replicate in any synth I have. i just love its character more than any synth, but it's not easy to make presets with it, so I use Retrologue much more.

Depends on your CPU. 40% of what ?

Update:
Sorry, it was not high performance.
With high performance, it is about 25% to 30% for the same preset. I'll upload it now:
