Hello,
I have hundreds of tracks of all original music recorded in my home studio. My goal is to systematically listen to them all and select ones to mash-up and publish on Bandcamp. I'm asking for suggestions for the best Mac software to help do the job.
I love Media Pro (by Phase One) which does handle audio, but it's really designed for managing photos--audio is an afterthought and, for example, doesn't allow editing of ID3 fields. Media Pro lets me tag, label, sort, select files in dozens of different ways, which is what I need.
Anything I should check out?
Related: Need suggestions for a mobile player for iOS that lets me tag and label audio files as I listen to them on the go.
Thank you,
Steve
Need file manager for audio as good as Media Pro is for photos

Ever tried Iced Audio AudioFinder? I demoed it a few years back and was impressed, but since I have the Adobe Suite subscription with decent metadata management in Media Encoder/Bridge I didn't buy it.

I'm looking at Iced AudioFinder now. I like the fact that I can slice up tracks in AudioFinder and move the tracks into Ableton. I checked out Snapper too but I see too many people recently complaining about crashes and not playing nice with the latest OS X.
Question: Does AudioFinder integrate with Logic Pro X? I can only find people talking about inserting directly into ProTools.
Thanks,
Steve

No idea, probably best to ask Iced Audio.
