its always the same with East West , they announce something that it comes arround in few days , and in reality it comes out few weeks or even month´s later .

they also announced Play Pro few years ago and it came never .

it looks like its normal East West way as usually .

You forgot the part where a new version of Play is broke as hell for the first few months

Just noticed this has been released. Downloaded, but not installed, yet. Maybe tomorrow.
EW have also made the last version (4.3.5) 32 bit only. 5 is 64 bit only. Sign of the times.

It defaulted to "Sample cache level 0" for my SSD. The lower the level, the more reads from disk. The higher the level, the more cached in RAM. So it must have detected that I have an SSD and defaulted to it level 0.

I then tried loading the heaviest version of their Platinum pianos.

Play 4: 9.5 seconds
Play 5: 4.5 seconds.

I can confirm: Play 5 kicks ass! Thank you EastWest for doing this!

EastWest Play 5 coming out next week?
