it will follow the host tempo from the next beta version. It seems it is working well, although more testing is needed.

you prepare very nice screenshots lately!

I appreciate that.
I will note your request for future re-thinking.
In this form I don't find it intuitive, it would confuse the user. When you want to apply something on a range, it is best to make an envelope of its parameters, and edit the envelope. However it is not possible to make an envelope for the on/off state of a variation. I could add it if there is demand for it.

You make a good point with adding a Refresh button to rescan MIDI devices when a new MIDI device is plugged in.

You try to come up with technology that allows the use of parameters variations to individual notes in a phrase ...
I still do not have a fast and user-friendly features make quantization, or change the length of individual of notes for selected notes.

its an experimental one and honestly its just a raw idea (hunch/instinct maybe

so i am not sure, even might be a total non sense :

"fill progression with chord alternatives that pre-defined by the user (according to current scale)...
like m7, maj7, 7th, add2, madd9,add9 etc."

what do you think?

Yes, this is great! I am having plans to add 'variations' to the master track, which can modify chords the way you want, in a non-destructive way. That is you can return to the original chords which are still displayed (and editable) on the master track, but you can see the new chords too that are generated by these chord variations.

There are so many exciting features to add. I am working on automatic phrase detection during MIDI import, which recognizes repeating patterns, and set up phrases for the imported tracks. It also recognizes small changes in phrases and displays it as a variation of the original phrase.
