I have some little quick preset demos to watch

for demonstration purposes, these are SQ (sequences) presets. But since Avenger is completely open, you can access every ARP, every sound and every single Drum in the presets, solo it, alter it, exchange it or do whatever you like

Preset: SQ Complextro 1

Preset: SQ Nu Electro 1

Preset: SQ Summer House

Preset: SQ Trance Hero 1

Is there any external processing or everything comes straight out of the synth?

Not my favourite genres, but sounds good
You may think you can fly ... but you better not try

Post

straight out the synth, no external processing at all

Great :tu:

May we hope for sound demos showing individual sounds? ( I guess, these vids demonstrate multilayred sequenced presets, but I'd like to hear how the leads, basses etc sound in isolation)

yes, will prepare that soon

...damn, that looks like a very capable performance synth. However, might be a bit overkill for my needs. I was rather hoping for third option to these modern wavetable synths like Serum & Icarus. But I'm still curious about it and will watch it closely...

...btw, liked that dark, blueish/violet (?) background from the rendering on the first page a lot better than the grey. And since the synth needs quite a number of colours for colour coding I'd use the spectrum from blue to red to yellow (omitting the greens) - I think, that might look quite nice and fit to the Vengeance aesthetics...

definately it is. The videos represent maybe 1% what you can do. I will make a video, demonstrating the powerful Wavetable functions, soon.

Cool to see it in action, caught a couple sneak glimpses at the drum sequencer, sample stacker, & editor.

The rest 99% covers inter alia high quality trance leads, both the classic hypersaw stuff and more modern things, all kinds of psytrance madness (squelches, acid, crazy fm and wavetable stuff), does it?

Well where do I exchange my immortal soul for a dongle?

At your local music store? :hihi:

Is the synth in a DAW, or is there a DAW in the synth :D
Very interesting....

Not that easy where I live, so the synth must be really good ;)

...cool :tu: - looking forward to it! Avenger looks like a big semi-modular synth with lots of interchangeable modules. Are things like a comprehensive usability with hardware controllers like Maschine, the Kontrol keyboards or the Nektar controllers a concern in your development? Like paying particular attention to the parameters automation IDs, i.e, for instance, having fixed automation IDs for an FX slot rather than having individual automation IDs for the different effects that may be loaded into that slot - and thus always having different IDs there. Hope, my explanation isn't too confusing, but a lot of developers don't seem to take these issues into account.
