Thank you all so much for all the nice wishes!
It is a crazy situation now. My doctor said that there is some liquid behind the ear-drum. This is damping all sound. For some minutes or hours the liquid seems to go away and I hear stereo! Than the ear is closed again and is producing a lot of self noise.
I hate this little guy in my ear who is playing with the faders

No seriously, get well soon. But ask for alternatives rather than a "paracentesis of the tympanic membrane" (Trommelfellschnitt), which is not the most pleasant of experiences (I sadly speak from such... experience)

Spent a bit of time EQing the stems, then mashed them into my compressors. But I only did a mono mix, (cpu limits and computer stuff). It's clean sounding, no reverb added and just slight delay on vocal, maybe a little bassy but it shouldn't overpower. If this mix doesn't translate to headphones, don't be surprised. It was a fun mix for the most part, but the hihat stem really stunk, so I just tried to work with it. Thanks!
