can't uninstal DM6firecard please help

i finally bought creamware lunar to use its DSPfx
but i can't uninstal my old DM6card
in device manager:sound,DM6
when click uninstal,the monitor went blue,with letters like
fatal error...
Is there a solution for this?

Are you uninstalling it under device manager while the card is still in the box or have you already swapped them?
And is your system sound pointed at the old card too?

i have to remove it first?
