Just let it sit in lukewarm water for 15 minutes. Don't use any detergent as it may damage the unit. If the power cord is not long enough, you might want to unplug the unit first. Go for a walk. Do not use the monitor until it is fully dry. You could damage the monitor.

Seriously. I always wondered how people are supposed to judge that their headphones sound better now that they burned in for 80 hours, with no reference how they sounded in the beginning anymore... unless they buy a new pair.
