My first attempt at such a thing, I decided to do something stupid and meme-y for fun/practice. The original sample was taken from a .wav that was said to be royalty free in several places called "air horn mlg" Couldn't find source on it.
Well I wanted to share it, because I don't think my youtube subscribers will get much out of it.
My youtube account is daydream anatomy and it's the latest vid if the url doesn't work because I don't have enough posts here.

I hope it works and I got all the source files in place.
edit to get into the process I went through: I cut and placed each sample, tedious, but not a daunting task, but I was told I could've stretched a single sample somehow in kontakt, which would've been so much easier if that's true. I used two tuners, C_tuner, and an octaver with a tuner on it, I'd bounce it, move it up a step, check the note, bounce it, repeat. to get as steady on the note as possible since airhorns have a pitch bend, and I'm hoping I wasn't off a step. Should've put in the read me some octaves sound the same but have the pitch bend beginning ripped off. If this sees any success, I'll add other air horns and work on velocity controlling other things. I'd do a real sample pack, but I don't have mics for it.
As a lost cause/time sink I tried scripting it to show up as a library instrument, didn't work like it should have, NI wasn't helpful in fixing the code, said it's not recommended, but didn't tell me to knock it off either. XD
