Not exactly an Audio workstation but a damn good MIDI sequencer is ModStep. IAA fx insert point(s) is/are available per audio channel via Audio Chain function. Its lightweight and has a similar vibe to the Ableton Live Session view. The midi routing and control is very comprehensive. It can work in Master or slave mode. Ableton Link compatible. Works with Studiomux for PC/Mac streaming. Audio export can be Full mix or selected channels.

This is my arranger on iOS

Probably not quite the specs you requested in terms of a linear DAW. But maybe worth a look
Just make the music that you enjoy (failing that go for a walk, watch some porn, have a fight with a random bloke until something else happens).

I don't think mid sync is really implemented yet as most iOS developpers seem still in the mill with Ableton link. However some DIY solutions are possible with midibrige: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/midibri ... mpt=uo%3D4

Also here is an Audiobusthread mentioning some setups with external gear using midibridge: https://forum.audiob.us/discussion/326/ ... it-work/p2

This DAW mentions midi sync (master/slave) as an in-app subscription option: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/n-track ... 89718?mt=8 but I don't know it.
