I'm not too familiar with FL Studio, but the way i understood it, it has all the tools to produce tracks, and also offers tools and effects for mixing and mastering... so i am wondering why it wouldn't be capable of "making complete albums". I would imagine though that people producing music with it (like Avicii, just to mention one of the big names) would of course send their tracks to a professional mastering studio afterwards.
