I received today a mail from Lin Plug talking about upcoming updates for Cubase and Nuendo on Mac OS, and how those updatres forced them to also release updates to their instruments, to ensure they keep working as expeted. They also state that older instruments like Alpha will no longer work.

Does anyone know what this is about? Is it related with Mac Os Sierra? Something new?

Well, that's bad news for those who bought their old instruments in that "clearout" sale, isn't it?

Mac Cubase users, indeed. And probably other Mac users that change to Sierra, as it seems that's the origin of the problem. Nothing that shouldn't be expected by them, anyway.
