I haven't - at least not the lowest one, and I have the RX plugins too. I did buy them all separately though but I still have everything in the MPB and more so they should take that into account so I've emailed them.

Same here,used the official Izotope download and the pluginboutique one.
Standard and advance versions.
Chrome and IE .

Every time i try too instal any downloaded version i get error messages on W7.

Hmmm... they sound overstretched if they've let this happen. If I were them, rather than bungle a launch, I would do a Samsung, take a step back, and say: "Ok, Sorry folks, mea culpa, we got a bit ahead of ourselves in the rush to debut at AES, there are wrinkles, please give us a few [days / weeks / watch this space] to get this right so that everyone will experience this as intended," and roll forward the intro pricing deadline to match the delay. With a product this novel, the market's attention has been really grabbed and so interest won't evaporate any time soon. (I was really impressed to hear Bobby Ownsinki, who's messed with it, say it's "really cool." ) Some folks might grumble about a delay, but not as many as if they mess up early on a wide scale.

In regards to the 'corrupted' download.

On the Advanced version:
The Windows and Mac downloads are swapped round ( or least they were this morning ) on the Web page.
If you click on the Windows download button, a .dmg file is offered up - .dmg is a MAC file format.
Click on the MAC download button and an .exe file is offered up - Windows file format.

Anyway, downloaded Windows version ( via MAC button ) this morning and just installed just now and tested in REAPER ok.

i got the unsafe connection thing on izotope's website, so downloaded the demo from plugin boutique

One thing I don't get is why this is replacing Alloy but not Ozone? What is the need for Ozone if this is already mixing stuff so well?

I guess it´s because Ozone is aimed at mastering whereas Alloy 2 is/was aimed at mixing. Neutron is also a mixing tool, so it replaces Alloy.
