Very nice sounds in there, Trojak! I dig the epic percussion and the dramatic riser there.

Well that concert bass drum and orchestral snare were hard to achieve with this synth (I have to hide imperfection behind reverb), but what I wasnt able to do was clean violin like sound. It always sound too artificial (and dirty) so I give up and made this track simpler.
But it was fun (same with Tyrell) because I not used to make tracks with synths (I dont own any). I use free GM soundfonts and when needed then only my own synths
. But I learn some other things that may help me with VST development.

Mechanought - A Beach at Night
https://soundcloud.com/mechanought/mech ... h-at-night
DAW: Reaper v5.25
Plug-ins:
7 x Digits 2
Delay (JS Plug-in)
Master Limiter (JS Plug-in)
Ping Pong Pan (JS Plug-in)
ReaComp (Cockos)
3 x ReaEQ (Cockos)
ReaVerbate (Cockos)
ReaXcomp (Cockos)
Saturation (JS Plug-in)
Simple Peak-1 Limiter (JS Plug-in)
2 x Stereo Upmix (JS Plug-in)
Stereo Width (JS Plug-in)
Waveshaping Distortion (JS Plug-in)
It's an interesting synth and can be expressive if you tweak it right. The Dirty noise on the Chours is pretty great though, and I made use of it. The song itself is a personal exercise in just making a simple song. Most of the time I get crushed under the weight of my own songs and end up not finishing. So I set out to make a song using relatively simple methods. I think it's quite nice, though not quite the norm for myself.
Great submissions thus far from everyone!
