MIDI HELP???(MIDI DUMP, Sysex etc)???????

I just got the Keystation 88 Pro by MAudio. It came with Editing software(Enigma Editor) which is supposd to enable me to program my controller via software then load it into the controller. Or program the controller and load it into the software.

I know they are connected correctly since when I activate a Memory Load or Recieve I can see the controller and software react. It even finshes with a small window that states "Sysex sent" or "Sysex Recieved". But there is no change on the controller or in the sofware...All knobs and sliders stay with there original settings and CC #s. What am I doing wrong???
