Users argue for the dev that they have to protect their work from piracy. That's all good but in this industry we all suffer from piracy. When we release a track today, tomorrow it's on every mp3 search engine out there. Especially people who've been around in the industry long enough to have lived through the vinyl crash know how much it can hurt.
Good thing we don't have mp3's with usb dongle protection though :p
It's a hard industry. But oh so rewarding at times when we have good music
