but number 2 is simple enuf to work.

what is your goal? is this just for a web presense or will this transfer over to print/etc?

This will in advertisements, print, and website.

If The logo doesnt work out well, or I really dont like the one that wins.... Person gets the prize (CurveEQ www.voxengo.com) and I move on.

I don't think any of them are gonna look very good at banner size aside from Shane's so that one got my vote.

I like #2 the best of the bunch, but the graphic could use some work, as it looks a bit too much like an anime version of a Mexican wrestler. Kind of too hard to gleen much meaning from it on quick glance.

I assume the name is an A/D converter reference, rather than some fraternity thing. Perhaps the logo could work with that concept (analog to digital rather than Greek letters).

Personally I like my own the best...hihi but in the interest of fair play I voted number 2 as this is my second favourite and is a good, clean and simple design
