Elysia niveau filter

I've had a chance to play with the VST for Windows, and I love it! I am an avid reason user and I would like to bring an effect into my rack that does something similar to the niveau filter. To be more specific it is a high impact, tilt filter with adjustible tuning resolution. I can hardly produce without it anymore, is there someone who has some idea of what rack extension to use? Thanks!!
