Can anyone recommend a mac alternative to (now Magix) Sound Forge, please?

There is no alternative, Sound Forge literally blows away anything on Mac for ease of use and features.
I ended up just getting Twisted Wave, it works fairly well, and if you look around you can get it for next to nothing (I think i got it through locker Gnome or something.

Hello Yacaaba,

I use Triumph from Audiofile Engineering on Mac. It's not expensive and can do lot of things.
