Praise indeed!cyberheater wrote:I've given this synth a really good test drive.
I'm of a certain vintage where I've played Minimoogs. I know what they sound like.
I don't know how Synapse have done it but they have managed to squeeze a real vintage Minimoog into my Mac. It sounds like real hardware.
I'm actually considering building a full control knob hardware front end for it.

Few hundred times? Hey, think you can exaggerate a little more? I don't think you've captured the true spirit of my lack of interest. Come on, you can do better than that.Robmobius wrote:Think you've said that a few hundred times now (in several different threads). We get it.... I like it, I bought it and I'm delighted with it.
Very disappointed in your effort here.

It rather is that it has 60 pages now, and all the discussion happened there. This thread was a mistake. And what's the point of having two threads on the exact same topic anyway, and the one which has 60 pages gets abandoned. Frankly, i couldn't care less who started it.
Actually i could just lock the other one, if the discussion will happen here now anyway. If that's what people want, fair enough.

Perhaps you can edit the post and add the word Mimimoog to the original thread title. I love mini's and totally ignored the thread about the new Synapse synth for over a month because I was never interested in any of their products. Them doing as good a Mini emulation as they've done, and I'd have been all over that thread earlier. Might help get the word out to other folks like me.chk071 wrote:Legendary accidental.
