Really well deserved praise. This to me is one of your best tracks ever in terms of composition, sound design and mixing. It just all comes together in a great package.RichardSemper wrote:wow! thanks Doc, glad you like it

Mami is sweet, therefore...
- Song for mami -
https://soundcloud.com/liqih/liqih-song_for_mami
time 4:11
6 instances of Digits in energyXT
FXs used:
# energyXT EQ X 4
# Reverbering X 3
# TGB X 3
# BC Gain 3 VST(Mono) X 1
# W1Limiter x 2
Yep only 6 instances and automation on parameters.
There's a huge range this month I see, from 4 instances to more that one hundred!
This synth is quite nice for me, many flaws should be fixed,
and the GUI could be improved, then it would be a great unique little synth.

A quick question (albeit slightly off topic). I have just joined the forum and will look forward to join the next challenge. Will the new synth be published at 0:00 hours in the forum time? I am sitting in Europe and have the day off tomorrow, so it would be nice to be able to check it out right away

Hi all,
This is my entry for KVR OSC 92. 41 instances of Digits 2 in Bitwig Studio.
All effects are native Bitwig:
-EQ
-Compressor
-Limiter
-Channel gain utility
-Automation
I had bit trouble with mastering without saturation or cliping, as many percussive sounds needed the attack parameter to be at zero.
Other wise I had a lot of fun with this challenge, I hope you enjoy the track
all the best,
Moulder

Could you use the chorus inside Digits2 because :WYG_E wrote: 3x TAL-Chorus
Effects rules:
Most Native DAW effects may be used (see below for what NOT to use)
The effects must be easily available freeware 3rd party effects. This does not include plug-in betas, demos, magware or freeware that has expired, unless a special exception is made that month.
ANY Built-in effects native to the plug-in itself may be used. (So built in chorus / distortion / etc is allowed)
The following DAW effects are NOT allowed:
Any type of modulation effect (e.g. chorus, phaser, flanger, rotary etc.). (Please note that effects like reverb or delays that perform modulation to achieve their sound are ALLOWED, but the modulation usage must be minimal.)
Effects that pitch the sound (e.g. pitched / granular delays, tapestops etc.)
Any effect that transforms the sound to make them unrecognizable as being from the synth.
Just making new friends here

Hmm, good point. Thanks for the reminder! Unfortunately, Digits built in chorus isn't very good. It's a better flanger. I still have a little time though, so I'll see what I can do.
