Authorisation of Synthmaster - invalid entries in licence error

Hi, I bought synthmaster this morning, received the thanks for purchasing email with instructions : but whenever I try to authorise the plugin I get an invalid entries in licence error. I've tried everything, have emailed several times to support without acknowledgement let alone a reply. It seems my only option will be to do a chargeback on my credit card which would be a shame. Would be grateful if someone could help, the customer service appears to be non existant. I cant post a copy of the email as it seems to trigger a spam filter.

PS I have tried deleting everything then re downloading, installing and trying to install and getting the same messages.
