If I may, Bryan, I would suggest an alternative solution.
Why not give the new presets to all previous buyers but with a few weeks delay? That way, the "full" bank has decent time to sell (we all know that most of the sales happen during the first couple of weeks after release) and you keep all your customers happy.

YIKES! Didn't think this idea would get such a negative reaction. Some valid points were raised. I will send out the updated versions immediately. Thanks for the suggestion, Carbonflake. That's a great idea.

I sincerely apologize to the people I offended, as that wasn't my intention at all. After considering everything that was said here and via emails, you guys are right. Doing everything possible to foster a loyal customer base is the only way to survive, and I hope this mistake didn't just ruin me :(.

This was a lapse of judgement on my part, and my past track record should prove that I _do_ value my customers. As an example, "Eclectic Electronica" was given free to everyone who purchased the "Signature" set. Same story for "Uber Brutal Dubstep", plus all the old SubBoomBass packs.

Updates sent. After thinking about this more, I see how some people took it personally. Here's what I'd like to offer to make up for that: Everyone who purchased RetroMania before 11/3/16 is entitled to a free product of their choice. Dont worry about the price.

Simply let me know which item you want and I'll send it over to you.
