Hm, I can't seem to switch skins, it is always the same default skin

Are you changing preset skin or global skin ? Try to change the global skin by right clicking and choosing "Change Global Skin" menu.

FYI it's working on sierra/reaper.

The only niggle I have found so far is that when I changed to the tranquil blue skin the filter drive stopped giving me feedback read out up top. I reloaded it and it started working again.

Ah, that worked. I was clicking at the top where it says Current GUI, which I think would be what one might expect from an intuitive user interface

There is a lot of confusion from people about the difference between the global and the layer. I also got stuff mixed up when I first started with it. Assigning an lfo almost made me pull my hair out until I realized I was using a global lfo. Once you get it though it makes sense.

Wow, lots of hanging notes here, and once I manage to stop them, all keys on my controller play the same pitch.
Tried it repeatedly, closed instances and even the DAW repeatedly. There is something seriously flawed about it, or it is incompatible with Mulab, my DAW.

No, as I said, I had restarted the entire DAW repeatedly, which of course also kills all synth instances in it.

I think it has to do with those pop-up messages regarding the discount.

But actually... I can't download the updated installer.

- I goto the User Area on your website
- I click on the Windows installer file download
- It asks me to enter my email address and Serial Number
- After I enter it jumps me back to the main page
- I try to repeat the process but it just keeps jumping back to the main page

What do we do - download the Demo version now?

EDIT: My Firefox was blocking the popup required to initiate the download. Works in Chrome
