I have the same issues with M4L.. just not stable.

It can be done using "PluginAutoPopulateThreshold=-1" in the options.txt file;
https://help.ableton.com/hc/en-us/artic ... e-for-Live

...and this M4L device;
https://chippanfire.com/software-m4l-de ... nager.html

Then just input the presets you want in the manager, record the changes and copy to clips.

OBXD crashes my DAW (EnergyXT1.4) every time I try to load a .fxb file :(
Anybody else noticing this? 32bit version on old WinXP.

.fxp presets seem to load just fine.

It's also crashing VSThost by just loading the plugin (yes an old version of VST host, but still...)
Cantabile says: Failed to load preset: version mismatch.

EDIT: umm... works in Reaper! strange... :(

Awesome WYG_E, nice solution. I totally forgot about the options text, and I'll go ahead and reduce the thinning a bit while I'm at it. Banana sticker for you sir.

No probs here Jackoo, maybe this thread can help,

Hey. Is anyone up for some feedback on the mix of my OBXD track? It really isn't finished in terms of songstructure and more, but some opinions on the mix would really be appreciated since I really screwed up in this respect the last time.

Got it, found it, in process of setting up.

However, if I am understanding this correctly, in order to get the desired effect on each kick activation, you essentially need to set up the pitch envelope for each individual kick instance. This becomes beyond tedious for a 3 or 4 minute track of music.

There has got to be an easier way.
Oh wags...

You don't have to automate it differently for all 3 or 4 minutes of the track. Try it for four measures, or even two and repeat that for a while, then do a different automation for another few bars, then back to the original automation or another different one - something just to give a little bit of difference through the song and maybe enhance the groove.

Hello.

I think the mix is fine. Definitely a 5point track. There's one thing I kind of feel weird.
From 00:33 to 00:35, this drum fill sounds as if it's going up maybe because of the pitch.
If you know about acoustic drums most of the time fills are played from high tom to low
tom to floor tom. Of course, there's always an exception but you might want to try it.
It's already a sick track so it's not super important IMHO. :D

Thanks a lot for your reply.
Hm, the thing with this drumfill is that until yet I havent made any toms yet. So that is just the kick and the snare, thats probably why its sounding like going up instead of down. I most probably will make some toms, its just that im not to fond of creating drums ;) Anyway, im glad you like it and thanks for the tips.

Having fun with this synth!

It's very surprisingly versatile and capable of coming up with some pretty complex sounds with just one instance. There are a few buttons and nobs that I still can't figure out their function, so I might actually have to look at the manual, which is surprising considering how simple the interface is.

Is this a SynthMaker synth or is this all original?
Disco flangus shenanigans

All C++, and it's open source (though a fork is what's building the DiscoDSP version)

Nice! This is one of the few OSC Synths that will find a place in my own toolbox. Fast and functional, just the way I like em.
