If I was a Reason user, and got on their train at Reason 3 for example, I would have paid $399 and then 6 times $129 to be updated now at Reason 9Numanoid wrote:All in all I have paid €171 to get FL Studio Signature Bundle
Which is about half price of what it retails at ($299 + VAT)

Why is the mobile version so ugly? Image Line has done great work on vectors in the desktop app, so... ???
Thanks for the status on the Mac version, though

Cite sources for that claim, please.robotmonkey wrote:I don't think they have. It seems that many of the IL synths are orphaned because they do not have a developer and source code anymore.fluffy_little_something wrote:Have they given Poizone a scalable GUI as well?
I always liked that synth, but it had quite some aliasingI assume they no longer update legacy synth sound engines, right?

What about the winners in the charity? Will they receive their copies?
Using: Cubase Pro 15, Reason 13, Tascam US-4x4HR, MODX6, DM12D, LaunchKey 49, Yamaha guitar(Pacifica 612v) and bass (BB234) and some virtual instruments and synths.

Too lazy to go rummaging through forums but on top of my mind I remember there being problems with several plugins. If I'm not mistaken then one of the developers of some IL plugins died or something? Directwave, Morphine, PoiZone etc have not seen no development nor updates for quite some time. Some older FL Studio plugins source code is supposedly lost (Soundfont Player, older fx) as was discussed on IL forums only couple of days ago.Jace-BeOS wrote:Cite sources for that claim, please.robotmonkey wrote:I don't think they have. Well partially true. Sometimes you can get Reason on sale for $299 and if they skipped the first 5 upgrades, they could just pay $129 for all of the upgrades at once, including version 9.Numanoid wrote:If I was a Reason user, and got on their train at Reason 3 for example, I would have paid $399 and then 6 times $129 to be updated now at Reason 9Numanoid wrote:All in all I have paid €171 to get FL Studio Signature Bundle

I believe you're referring to gol, the original creator of Fruityloops. I think I read that he is making video games now. But he still might be a consultant or something.robotmonkey wrote:Too lazy to go rummaging through forums but on top of my mind I remember there being problems with several plugins. Good old KVR - hey, devs, I see you did some stuff but I wanted other stuff and your free updates to my stuff should include all the stuff you ever develop and that nice update to that nice synth should have been to another even nicer synth and your business model isn't my favoured business model and that mobile thing that lots of people like is ugly cos I said blah blah blah.
Anyway, nice update, thanks for pushing your product on, thanks for the free updates and thanks for still bothering to post here, I'm sure it's appreciated by many of us.

All my Superwave (synthedit) plugins are mute now. No sound. The GUI opens but no sound.

The only 'orphaned' synths are Fruity Soundfont Player (lost code) and TS404 (technical issues in 12).robotmonkey wrote:I don't think they have. As we keep saying, everything will get a vectorial makeover eventually.
