Can I install my kontakt 5 on another machine in another country?
does the licence setup permit this?

You can install Kontakt on up to two computers with one license, anywhere in the world.

I'll second this fact. However, just as a heads up, I've noticed that my account with them seems to be ISP restricted since it demands I use my mifi provider and refuses to connect through my satellite provider. In which case it still allows me to go through an offline authorization. In any event, it can be done.
