Can someone please recommend a sampler with good timestretching options that is not kontakt and that does not require a dongle? thanks so much in advance!

I don't know of any. Your Daw should handle lots of this. If you actually want to create instruments with lots of time stretching involved in realtime then kontakt is the only one I'm aware of with no dongle that will get you there. Then there are also the other NI samplers (battery, and reactor) but I'm guessing you don't want NI stuff for whatever reason. Alchemy was great and you could use that if you have a Mac and logic. You have to make your SFZs outside the program though I believe if you want multiple zoned in depth sampling. I think shortcircut had/ has realtime timestretching, but I have no idea of its current status (ownership, dongles, etc)

You're out of options, then. Best timestretching in a sampler so far is in UVI Falcon, IRCAM tech is just great there.
