then all will be happy and spread the good news around.
I once got a free $149 plugin for participating in a thread.
If Vengeance does not it's no big deal. No one including me is expecting it.

I bought it, not sure if I did this if not the discount. I know several other guys from the Parawave list also did.gummo wrote:Did Rapid Synth's KVR discount promotion succeed?

If it has the same character and the sound that Nexus 2 I will stand over this purchase will be fun to hear A and B compared i think Spire sounds more correct and that it is the best I've heard in the software synth.

ahhhh, this is hard to resist and count the days! i really hope this will convince me more than Rapid, cause i was eager to get rapid maybe, most importantly for me is the full(er) sound? and super friendly and fast workflow, see Serum.

Interesting sound, not sure I could recreate it with the software or hardware I currently have.

Thanks! Not sure I'll be buying Avenger though, I have too many plugin synths already but in fact I still mostly use my Virus TI.Caine123 wrote:your psytrance demosong got me interested in Rapid, but i hope you will show your skills in Avenger and then i will deciderecursive one wrote:Finally something psytrance-relatedtripleflows wrote:The upcoming VPS Avenger emulates some Z-plane filtering of the legendary E-MU Morpheus... seriously, it is hard to find anything wrong on this astonishing beast!

TBH, most Avenger demos I've heard show too clean and characterless sound, I loved Rapid because of its more apparent sound character. But maybe it's just the presets, I will surely demo this monster.

...it seems it's one LFO modulating the frequency and the gain of the four eq bands as well as the cutoff, resonance and, I guess, bandwidth of that (talkbox) filter - so, in principle it's another eq with a destinct filter curve, I think. So, I'm pretty sure you might be able to pull that off by modulating a flexible eq - for instance, Live's EQ8 with a M4L LFO, in case you'd have Live Suite. Izotope's Trash 2 has also a very flexible EQ section with LFOs and I'm pretty sure, there are a lot of other options as well (U-He Filterscape etc.). That's just for the filter part, but the patch seems to use some additional FM and wave-shaping as well.recursive one wrote:Interesting sound, not sure I could recreate it with the software or hardware I currently have.
Anyway, a nice sound and I'm also really looking forward to Avenger's release date...

Anyone knows how the Multisample mapping of custom samples work, please?
Will it support Multicore processing ?
How about rating presets ? Or Favourites
A NI NKS version would be awesome
