This has been DRIVING ME CRAZY for YEARS.

I haven't been able to release anything solely because of your plugin WOW. I used it years ago in my tracks and now I can't get the original sound I had thanks to this career stopping malfunction. I open up a project and it says that I am missing WOW. I am not missing WOW.

I have tried contacting your support and they stopped responding to me.

Should I warn everyone that you guys have such different versions between updates that they might lose valuable automation information that might ruin their entire tracks? It's starting to look that way.

Hi Dimensions, this is Nadine from SB support. I'm sorry for your negative experience but I really can't imagine me or any of my colleagues just closed a ticket without finding a good solution.

Could you please write me a PM with your email address to track down the original ticket? I am pretty sure there's an easy way out of this.
