Hi Attila

ok, now i understand. I thought when press control and click on the arrow icon(which is the drop place normaly) i can then drag a rythm.
it work partly when press the phrase on timeline with ctrl and move to rythm browser. but to copy a rythm (both manual edit) to another phrase do not work. the rythm is show during drag. should i do video ?

another thing. I get today a button mirror or swap rythm, this swap the rythm in phrase rythm window. i try this sometimes it work, but after some changes(convert to melody generator), i can not reproduce to get the swap rythm button. how can this button get ?

Yes, please make a video, that helps a lot when I see what is working wrongly.

I do not know where the 'swap rhythm' button is, maybe you mean when you highlight the drop area, that means you can click on any pattern in the rhythm browser for immediate use:

no, this button i mean not. really strange. i remember there was a feature request about play backward a rythm. i see this knob and and think thats new, but wy i see this now. the know was where where note lengths and rests can select. I send you video

There is 'Mirror Horizontally' and 'Mirror Vertically' in the phrase editor.
There is a 'Mirror' option for the Euclidean Rhythm in the phrase inspector, maybe you mean that?

ah yes this is it. so it is availible only in euclidian. I think this is usefull for all Rythms. Hope you see the problems with copy rythm. it do not work always.maybe problem is when have diffrent version number. source have 3 versions target 2 versions for example. maybe when copy a rythm there should create a new version number with this new dropped rythm. so can switch back to old easy.

i can send more videos, strange things happen. the phrase in arranger view is sometimes modify but when click on this phrase so it is active, the phrase generator editwindow show diffrent content. i see in phrase variation is a Apply rythm add after copy rythm . this too have wrong rythm. if i do drag and drop more often, then more apply rythms are add

one minor problem i am having is that when just experimenting i'll start a piece and then add another track but when using multitimbral VSTi like Kontakt it only will let me load a new instance of Kontakt or other UNTIL i first save the composition and then reload it. after that i can see Kontakt or other multitimbral instrument at the top of the list were it should be. often i don't keep a composition and do another so this is a minor annoyance.

i just noticed this behavior so i don't know when it first started on which version, but it never used to be.

i can live with this, so it's not a priority or anything but maybe you could look into it Attila? it happens on Win 7 x32 and x64.

I'd like to finish my current tasks before starting to fix things. I hope you'll like the changes in the phrase editor that was requested by many of you for a long time. Now you can freely zoom and scroll, and there is a playback cursor (I never know what that is called properly). Dragging the playback position will sound the notes.

Hi Attila ,

Using the idea tool I added two 8 bar sections then a 4 bar section and got this .. RC has added the 4 bar section but after a gap and the velocity controller has got messed up some how.

I have sent the file to you .

v3.2b2 is available!

Improvements and fixes:

Phrase Editor improvements (scrollable, zoomable editor with playback position)
Note Repetition Probability slider added in Random Melody Generator
New rhythm generator: "Smooth Rhythm" (experimental, may need improvement)
It works by changing the note durations only to twice or half of the current duration, or the duration stays the same depending on the position. In my opinion it is musically interesting. Any feedback is welcome. Please note the name is silly, I must find another name, if it remains in the program...
Chords as MIDI markers saved in the exported MIDI file in a different way to be more compatible with DAWs
Fixes for deleting a timeline region
Small fix for count-in timecode display
[OS X] fixed crash when initiating dragging
[VST] fixes for non-sounding notes at the beginning when host provides strange sample offsets
[VST] chord preview did not work without a track selection, and other issues
[VST] problems with Local Sequencer fixed
Fixed: "Active Track (Chord+Bass)" could not be chosen from the chord preview menu
