They seem to be at a bad place today (which I don't know if you got yours resolved) but I got nothing from them (even through private channels

)

So as of right now I'm up to a whopping 203 dollars because I couldn't stand missing out on echoboy. For someone who swore off VST's at one time, it's getting a little ridunculous.

Just finished! Damn, I spent more this year than the last two years combined...and I wasn't planning on buyin anything this year!

Yeah, me too, I bit hard, but it has been coming for a while. I tend to be super disciplined and buy almost nothing. Then, at some point, I realize that there are specific things that have been missing and upgrade across the board. That happened this year, I'm ok with it, well, I keep telling myself that at any rate.

Nice to see that I am not the only weak minded person here

..I just bought echoboy to. Many years ago I used to smoke and it was very hard to quit, but resisting cool and new vst's is even harder.

BTW, they got 'er done and I'm now in echo-heaven. So, they'll get you straightened out....likely flooded. Contact the Uncle if need be.

Shoot! Still trying to download it all and move it to my music computer.....

For the most part, I stuck to cheap stuff. It started out with small purchases of cool sounding instruments from Embertone and SoundIron.... Next was the bigger stuff like SD2 and some drum stuff from Toontrack...then they sucked me in with Blackhole. Sigh. Of course, now have to upgrade to Anthology X.

Still in the end, it wasn't too bad. I overpaid for Soundtoys - should have grabbed the free Tremolator before upgrading.

Now the only thing I had actually planned to buy but didn't - Toontracks Studio Grand expansion - is probably not needed. Well it is on sale until after Christmas.

And? I really really really don't need anything else....

Still not sorted out, but I'm being patient for now. Good to know they're working on things, though.

Still only at about 200 usd TOTAL for this time period, and everything I got was peachy/important/looking for sales.

Finally got there incl lots of updates but Live is crashing a lot on me so something has gone wrong.

Turns out making music is 80% being a librarian and IT tech, 10% on KVR and slutz, 5% plugging things in and if you're lucky 5% clicking through 1,000 hihat samples. I'm going back to the Volcas and iPad for Xmas to take a break! Gonna load up the sampler with a selection of the Waves Alchemy Synth drums and I'm done. I promise.
