I don't understand why V-team are ignoring all questions here regarding the authorization process, number of authorized computers per license, basically the way its all working. I'd appreciate some insight as I work on multiple computers and for the rest of the Vengeance plugins I just take the eLicenser dongle with me to my other workstations.

I wouldn't exactly call 4 gig big when Omnisphere's is something like 50 gig.Spitfire31 wrote:Many big sample instruments are divided in 1GB RAR 'bites', which is a considerate practice.

Mmmmm enjoying to work with this,
Very intuitive ! I can really shape voices now like I think about it.
Thanks guys, you've done a nice job, I thing
A bit hard on the cpu still, but depends on the presets indeed.
I think I will program my presets even less demanding.
Crashed also on selecting some presets (from selecting to club alarma f.e. couldn't reproduce so far), but this is the first version, no prob.
I'll send the error code.
Maybe it's because I'm running from savihost64
Suggestions:
- add a favorites * to the presets
- add compare function
- delete tabs by ctrl or alt clicking?
- preload a preset in the background (good for live situations)
- think you designed on a large screen, so at my 22" screens it's just to small to read some small font, but I'll live
Thank you for your decent support, Manuel, Rene that makes the whole difference !
I was thinking about buying Synthmaster, so I downloaded the player, it didn't install at my pc, so I send several mails to them, even reactions on facebook but no one ever replied to that. Pitty I lost my money.
Lately I've bought Cantabile for live use, you cannot imagine how much worth decent support is ! If you have problems with install, crashes or even suggestions, Brad is on it to help you, 24/7 almost ! (respect!)
Even suggstions are taken seriously, put on an online list so you can follow the progress and the next release (mostly within some weeks) you have results.

Also and probably because of this the support on their forum is incredible. It's a real community of people helping each other, not bashing or complaining.
This attitude is very much needed for a company that takes theirself serious.
No matter how much your product costs, you always:
- take complaints serious
- react appropriate and with short time
- give solutions
That's how you improve products and grow.
It's needed, because (even hardware developpers) take their product as toys these days.
Wrong attitude when you're on stage and program or device X or/and(!) Y are failing.
I had years of thinking about solutions because this fails or that happens...
It's serious business, not toys! Always remember.

What you would call big doesn't really enter in the equation, because I don't think that you live in Shanghai and have to rely on VPN:s which may quit at a moment's notice.wagtunes wrote:I wouldn't exactly call 4 gig big when Omnisphere's is something like 50 gig.Spitfire31 wrote:Many big sample instruments are divided in 1GB RAR 'bites', which is a considerate practice.

And I'm not interested in swollen behemoths such as Omnisphere. I'm talking about, for example, Orange Tree guitar instruments, which are usually around Avenger size and partitioned in 1GB mouthfuls, which helps a lot. In my situation and, I bet, helps others too with less than ideal Internet connections.

If it were easy, anybody could do it!

No. I've asked questions about de-authorization process, if a reformat count as a new system and didn't received an answer.Cinebient wrote:It was answered already several times in this thread!tristan- wrote:I don't understand why V-team are ignoring all questions here regarding the authorization process, number of authorized computers per license, basically the way its all working. I also asked about why do I have to pay VAT if I live in Canada and didn't received an answer either. If they don't want my money I'll spend it elsewhere.

Those questions are better answered on an FAQ at their side. This thread is already over 90 pages, and I'm not sure but I think I read sth about how many activations are allowed and stuff. Next week it will be twice the size and no one will remember the answer.tristan- wrote:I don't understand why V-team are ignoring all questions here regarding the authorization process, number of authorized computers per license, basically the way its all working. Hmm, can't locate the factory library.
I downloaded the lib to my desktop (mac).
I'm the only one who run in this issue?

I'm sure it will be answered and they have a bit of traffic and work at release date.
Also of course it's not always easy to follow large threads!

Hi Manuel. I was so eager to hit the buy button that I forgot to uncheck the physical backup button. How would I go about canceling it. I don't want a refund, just to stop the shipping. I have no physical media drive so its of no use to me, so I rather not deal with potensial custom fees and taxes. I live outside of EU.

the demo content is identical to the retail content. Its the same file
so you can use that
so you can use that
I really dont know. The whole payment process is handled by ShareIt/Digital River. They should be asked for all payment questions (support-eng@shareit.com)I also asked about why do I have to pay VAT if I live in Canada and didn't received an answer either.
same here. The physical backup media is a service by ShareIt...that I forgot to uncheck the physical backup button.
