Hey. Yeah, real cool. I'm glad NI finally got around to making this for us absynth users. It has been in the works for some time now.

I'm logged in, but when I click to download I get an 'unauthorized access'!
oh well, may be a good thing as I've only got ten minutes before I have to get ready for work. well, I've got to iron a shirt, better make that five.

Someone really needs to write a very in-depth "Power User" manual for that synth. I mean, I LOVE Absynth, but programming the thing...I'm just lost.

Hey, that's a good idea. Like one of those books you see for the big programs... Cubase, Sonar, Reason.

Bet if someone did that, they could approach Wizoo or one of those other publishers with the idea.

Or maybe do it as a pdf and sell it to people as a download via a website. If it was small enough, it would be easy enough for people to download and print out. Probably cheaper that way than one of those store-bought books too.

So, there's a 'commerce' idea for somebody out there... maybe for someone who's already selling patches, etc. You could do one for Absynth, maybe ones for some other synths too...

from what ive heard patch wise i would say so
closely followed by a few others here ew,normal,tim et al.maybe they should get together and sort it out

Are any of the banks in there new or are they all banks thay have been on the net for a while now?

I don't recall seeing them (assuming they have the name) at Yahoo Groups. The news items says "many new sounds..."

Looks like they'll even have presets for OSC, envelopes, FX settings, etc.!

Me too, but I only have Absynth 1 registered still. You have Komplete though, don't you?

many of the patches were previously available @ yahoo groups ...
some are/were quite rare , and only available if you knew someone who had them ...

there are quite a few new patches ...
